Debt Reporting

Debt will be reported to all three credit bureau's 

Contingency fee on debt collected.

There is no out of pocket cost to you. We will get paid only if we collect any debt. If we recover any debt we will cover our out of pocket expenses first such as filing/court fees, sheriff fees, abstract of Judgment, ect. 

We will then collect 30% of the recovered debt and issue you a check for the remaining 70%

We will attempt different methods to obtain a current address for the debtor.
